Melody

Melody

Clinic Director

Originally from Pennsylvania, Melody moved to Baltimore to attend Towson University. Just like Dr. Loomis, Melody loves the outdoors and hobbies such as hiking, biking, swimming, and hammocking. A huge part of Melody's life is the performing arts, she enjoys Broadway and singing! She is currently taking voice lessons and focuses on learning lullabies for her daughter. Some of her other hobbies include photography, scrapbooking, and traveling. Melody is also an avid essential oil user. She sells Young Living products and truly believes "life is better with essential oils". Her greatest love is being a wife and a mother.

Melody handles all of the daily operations behind the scenes that keep the wheels turning at Carney Chiropractic Center. She is the point of contact for everyone - from patient care, billing, staffing, marketing and more.

"I educate our patients, followers and employees all the time about chiropractic care. It's easy for me to spread the word and invite people to become practice members with us because I've been doing it my whole life. I've been in 5 car accidents too, and, because of chiropractic, I have little residual effects from them. My body was able to completely heal each time. Chiropractic is for everyone - EVERY SINGLE PERSON. Invest a little now to maintain your health or invest a lot later with big pharma and all its side effects. It's your choice."

Stephanie

Stephanie

Office Manager

Stephanie is from Baltimore and is a dedicated mother. She has two daughters, with whom she loves to spend time. Her favorite place to visit is the beach because it is "therapeutic." Stephanie enjoys reading nonfiction and loves history. Her perfect day consists of shopping, dinner, and a quiet movie night with her daughters.

She graduated from Medix in 2008. She has been a licensed Chiropractic Assistant since 2009 and has stuck with chiropractic ever since because of the results she's seen and experienced with it. She has extensive knowledge and experience with personal injury and worker's compensation, and helps our patients navigate those waters while getting the treatment they need after injuries.

"I have had lower back issues since childbirth, and chiropractic has been a consistent relief to my pain. I love seeing others benefiting from chiropractic care by working at Carney Chiropractic Center."

Christina

Christina

Lead Chiropractic Assistant

Christina was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and moved to Baltimore in 2012 to attend college. She received her Bachelor of Science from Towson University in Molecular Biology. In her free time, Christina enjoys yoga, baking, and reading. Christina's favorite season is summer where you will find her jamming to the radio with the sunroof open, camping on the beach with friends, or taking her dog on nature hikes.

She has always had a passion for healthcare and fascination with the physiology of the human body. Christina first started working at Carney Chiropractic Center as an administrative assistant in 2014 when she was a sophomore in college. She is now transitioning back into full time as a chiropractic assistant.

"I love chiropractic care because it offers a real, non-invasive solution to a variety of health issues, not just treating the associated symptoms. It has truly become my wellness lifestyle and helps maintain my everyday health."

Allison

Allison

Chiropractic Assistant

Born and raised in Frederick, Maryland, Allison moved to Towson, Maryland in 2015 to study chemistry at Towson University. She's a proud mother of two beautiful cats named Flora and Ophelia. In her free time, Allison enjoys painting with watercolors, reading poetry, and taking her cats for walks. A perfect day for Allison includes going to brunch with her friends, attempting a new recipe from Pinterest, then cozying up on her couch at night to watch foreign horror movies with her cats.

Starting off in the wellness field, Allison worked at a health-centered massage therapy office for 3 years. She loves watching people heal and assisting in patients' health goals. She began working at Carney Chiropractic Center in 2019 as the front desk chiropractic assistant. As the "director of first impressions", she'll make you coffee, talk to you about your day, and get you scheduled throughout your care plan.

"I love being a part of people's health journeys. It's extremely rewarding watching patients come in barely able to walk and over time becoming more active and able to play with their kids and live a more carefree, healthy life."
